Instructions

1. Send a note home to parents asking them to have their children bring in
objects they want to cover in glitter (such as wood frames, small boxes,
barettes, magnets, and so on).
2. Cut garbage bags open and line the water table with cut bags.
3. Put different colored glitter in small containers and pour glue onto paper
plates. Place in the water table.
4. Invite the children to bring their objects to the water table to put glitter
on them. Show them how to dip a brush into glue, paint glue on the
object, then pour glitter on the glue.
5. When the children finish glittering the objects, turn off the lights and
shine a flashlight on the objects so children can see them sparkle.
