Instructions
1. Use this activity when
children need to prepare for
rest or nap time, or when
they get restless in circle.
2. Chant the words on the
following page and have the
children act out the parts of
the animals.
3. Ask the children if they can
pretend to snore softly so
you know they are sleeping.
4. Choose another animal and sing the song again.

Wake up, little kittens, (the children pretend to wake up and quietly
