Materials

Ice shaver machine and accessories Water

Powdered drink mix, unprepared, presweetened Bowls

Cups Spoons, one per child

Instructions

1. Freeze the water in ice shaver containers according to the instructions on the box.

2. Turn the container upside down onto the palm of your hand and pour warm water over the container to loosen the ice from the container.

3. Place ice in the ice shaver machine.

4. Shave the ice into an empty container until there is enough ice for each child to have about 1/2 cup (125 ml).

5. Add a spoonful of drink mix to the shaved ice and mix.
