Instructions

* Father's Day is the third Sunday of June.
1. Cut poster board into bookmark size. Place bookmarks, scissors, stickers,
small pictures, glue sticks, and markers on a table for the children.
2. Let the children decorate bookmarks using the materials.
3. When they are finished, help them cover their bookmarks with clear
contact paper to ensure that materials will stay.
4. Punch a hole in a corner of each bookmark so the children can tie
tassels.
5. Help the children make tassels by gathering several pieces of yarn
together and tying them together at one end. Knot to the hole in the
bookmark.
6. Let the children bring the bookmarks home to give to their fathers (or
other special adults) on Father's Day.
