Egg Carton Counting

Materials

several dozen egg cartonsplastic eggsmarkersmall items (small enough to put up to 12 of them inside an egg)

Instructions

1. Number the slots in the egg cartons and the sets of plastic eggs with the numerals 1 to 12.

2. Invite the children to fill the eggs with corresponding amounts of the small items, and match the eggs to the numbered carton slots.
