Instructions

1. Read about dinosaurs, including how big dinosaurs were.
2. Ask the children to decide which dinosaur they would like to measure.
3. Help the children measure the length of a dinosaur using the measuring tape.
4. Compare the measurement to measurements of other dinosaurs, buildings, or
people.
5. Make a graph to show which things or dinosaurs were the longest and
shortest

Investigate what the dinosaurs ate, make comparisons, and make a chart. Draw
and measure life-sized dinosaur footprints. Also graph these to see the similarities
and differences.
Snack: Serve dinosaur cookies for snack, along with a fruit salad on a lettuce leaf
to resemble an herbivore's diet..
