1. Cover the front of each easel with newspaper. Put plastic dropcloths
under the easels.
2. Have the children put on paint shirts (adult sized t-shirts).
3. Drive two nails into the front of the easel, one at each top corner. This
makes it easy for the children to put easel paper on.
4. Use wooden clothespins and a clothesline to hang paintings to dry.
5. After drying, the paintings can be rolled up, taped, and labeled.
6. Make sure that each color of paint has its own brush. If desired, paint
brush handles to match the paint colors.
7. Put a drop of liquid starch into each paint container. This makes the paint
easier to wash out of clothes.
