Dinosaur Sidewalk Shapes

Enlarged dinosaur shape cut from oak tag or cardboard

Instructions

1. Take the children outside to a patio or sidewalk and invite them to trace around enlarged patterns
of dinosaurs using colored chalk.
2. If children know the names of the dinosaurs, help them write these next to the outlines.
3. Encourage the children to draw in details or simply color the inside of the outline of the chalk.
