Instructions
1. This activity can be used for lining up, taking attendance, or calling children
to a group activity.
2. Call each child's name and then lead the class in clapping the syllables in
each name. Announce that everyone whose name has two syllables can line
up, then one syllable, three syllables, and so on. Call each child's name slowly.
3. Make a graph displaying the children's names and how many syllables each
name has.
