Materials

die (preferably with numbers, not dots)card stockpictures of various actions or markers

Instructions

1. Glue or draw pictures of various actions, such as jumping, clapping, snapping, pointing, touching toes, and patting head on 4" x 6" (or other size) card stock to make movement cards.

2. Introduce the movement cards to the children, and invite them to act out each movement as a group.

3. Place all the movement cards face down on the floor or on a table.

4. Let the children take turns rolling the die and picking an activity card. The children act out whatever movement is on the card the number of times showing on the die.
