Materials

Painter's caps or plastic visors, one for each child

Fabric paints (if using painter's caps) or acrylic paints (if using plastic visors)

Small paintbrushes

Instructions

1. Fill a zipper closure plastic bag half full with hair gel.
2. Add a little tempera paint and glitter. Zip the bag closed.
3. Tape the edges of the bag onto the edges of the square lid.
4. Encourage the children to move their fingers through the bag of gel. It acts
like an etch-a-sketch.

Put a few small objects into the bag, such as buttons, for the children to feel.
