Instructions

1. Fill the various containers with water and food coloring.
2. Leave the containers outside overnight (make sure temperature is below
32 degrees).
3. Let the children use the ice blocks as building blocks (either outside or
inside at the water table). Make sure they wear mittens or gloves.
4. If using blocks inside, encourage the children to watch the colors blend
as the blocks melt.
