Instructions

1. Talk about the children's homes. Discuss what belongs in each room of a
home.
2. Divide the children into groups of three or four.
3. Give each group a large drawing of the inside view of a house.
4. Ask the children to look through magazines and cut out pictures of things that
belong in the different rooms of a house. For example, for a bedroom, they
might look for pictures of a bed, toy chest, and a chest of drawers.
5. Encourage them to glue these pictures onto their house pictures.
