Yellow watercolor cakes, one per child

Instructions

What to do
1. Ahead of time, cut pumpkin shapes from the copy paper.
2. Give each child a pink pumpkin cutout and ask him or her to guess how to change the pumpkin's
color to orange.
3. Hand each child a cake of yellow watercolor paint, a paintbrush, and water. Have them paint
their pumpkins and observe how the pumpkins change color.
