Materials

Empty cereal boxes scissors plastic storage bags

Instructions

1. Ask the children to bring in empty cereal boxes from home.
2. Cut off the front of each box and cut it into various-shaped puzzle pieces.
This step should be done by an adult. The number of pieces to cut varies
depending on your group's skill level.
3. Store each puzzle in a separate plastic storage bag.
4. If you get duplicate boxes, use the extra box front as a puzzle board or as a
reference for the children to look at as they work the puzzles.
