1. Explain that March is National Nutrition Month, and that it is important
to eat healthy foods every day.
2. Over the course of the month, eat various foods beginning with different
letters of the alphabet.
3. On the last day of March, have a healthy food party. Explain how different
foods can be mixed to make salads, and so on. Examples of healthy
