Instructions

1. While the children are waiting for the next scheduled activity of the day, take
out a box of crayons. Ask a child to close his eyes and pick a crayon from the
box.
2. Ask everyone wearing that color to stand. Count the children standing
before they sit down again. Keep that crayon out of the box.
3. If there is enough time, repeat the activity with another child and another
crayon until all the crayons have been chosen. Finally, ask all the children
who did not have a matching color to stand up and be counted, too.
