Instructions
1. Make a matching activity with cowboy boots. Use a poster with a variety of
boots on them. For a history of boots and photos to share with the children,
go to www.traveltex.com.
2. Cut out matching pairs of boots. Glue each boot to a small piece of cardstock
and laminate for durability.
3. To play the game, place the cards face down. Let children take turns turning
over the cards to find pairs. If a child gets a pair, she keeps the cards and
continues her turn. If not, she turns both cards back over.
4. While engaged in this hands-on activity, the children will be honing their
visual discrimination skills.
