Instructions

1. Make a book to display all your classroom-created graphs.

2. Make a book cover by printing the title "Our Classroom Graphing Activities" on a piece of tagboard. Laminate the front and back covers for durability and cut out.

3. Purchase a supply of top-loading page protectors or make your own from leftover laminating scraps.

4. Bind the page protectors inside the covers using a binding machine.

5. During the year after each graphing activity, make a color copy of the graph results. Take a photo or use your computer to generate and reproduce the graphs.

6. Slide these into the page protectors. At the end of the year, you'll have an organized record of your classroom graphs on many different topics.

7. Place the book in a center for the children to look through during free time.

8. Share the book with parents who visit the classroom for conferences or open houses, or send it home with one child at a time as a "Traveling Book of Graphs" to share with his family.
