Large white paper or poster board

Thin, black marker

Colored pencils or washable markers

Instructions

1. Before reciting the following rhyme, ask the children to stand up and put their
hands over their heads. Encourage the children to move according to the
song's directions.
Little leaves are falling down (start moving hands down)
Red and yellow, orange and brown, (start moving body down)
Twirling, whirling without sound (still moving closer to the ground)
Falling gently to the ground.
