Instructions
1. Write a numeral in the center of each Styrofoam circle.
2. Decorate the Styrofoam circles to look like birthday cakes, using little flowers or other birthday cake decorations found in dollar or craft stores.
3. Add birthday candles to each circle to match the numeral on the "cake" (three candles for the numeral 3).
4. Invite the children to "read" the numeral on the card and place it next to the cake.
