Instructions
1. This game is good for memory, developing language, and learning colors.
2. The first child says, "Billy Brown went to town and bought some _____ "
(child names a brown item, for example, chocolate).
3. The second child repeats the first child's item and adds another brown
item: "Billy Brown went to town and bought some chocolate and a teddy
bear."
4. Each following child repeats what has been said before and adds
another brown item to the shopping list. It's okay if a child forgets some
of the previous items.
5. When everyone has had a turn, change the color. For example, "Rosie Red
went shopping and bought some strawberries."
More to do Use this activity as part of a color or stores theme.
