Instructions

1. This is a great idea if you have classroom pets. Children love to observe
them.
2. This idea came from the children, because during those hard transition times
(such as when only a few are through with lunch or while some are waiting
for others to clean up), they started asking if they could go and watch the
animals.
3. Observing the animals seems to have a calming effect on the children and
they never seem to get bored doing it.
4. If desired, rotate the animals in the classroom, such as according to the
theme the children are learning.
