Instructions
1. Cut out "cupcakes" from tagboard in a variety of colors (colors can be repeated). Make one cupcake for each child.
2. Laminate each cupcake.
3. Attach a craft stick to the back of each cupcake using tape.
4. Put the cupcakes in the center of the circle on the floor.
