Instructions
1. Ask a naturalist to come in and talk to the children about animals, flowers,
and so on and how to care for them.
2. If possible, the naturalist can show the children animal hides and/or animal
skeletons alongside a picture of the animal. The naturalist can describe each
animal's special characteristics, where it lives, and other interesting information.
3. Encourage the children to ask as many questions as desired.
4. Then give the pamphlets and books about snakes, turtles, flowers, and other
outdoor things to the children.
