Instructions
1. Read The Little Red Hen.
2. Tell the children that you are going to examine and experiment with the yeast a little bit before you bake. Look at the yeast under a magnifying glass. Smell and touch it.
3. Mix some yeast with sugar and warm water in the bottom of the bottle.
4. Secure the neck of the balloon over the bottleneck. Leave in a warm place.
5. Observe the bubbles in the bottle and watch the balloon begin to inflate.
6.
