Instructions

1. Provide air putty. Demonstrate how to make snakes with the putty.

2. Show the children how to shape their snakes to make different numerals. If necessary, they can use flashcards to copy the formation of the numeral.

3. Let them make as many numerals as they want.

4. Children can paint their numeral shapes using the blotter bottles or paintbrushes to dab on Liquid Watercolor.

5. Let dry, then talk with the children about the numbers they created. "What number did you make?" "Why did you choose those numbers?"
