Pamela Evanshen, EdD, holds a doctorate of education in educational leadership and policy analysis and is currently chair of the Department of Early Childhood Education at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN, where she teaches at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. In addition to her work with Gryphon House, Dr. Evanshen has published articles in multiple education journals and presents at conferences nationally and internationally. She previously worked as the assistant principal at George Washington Elementary School, a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence in Kingsport, TN.
