Jen Cortes, MS, is an experienced, dedicated early childhood leader with demonstrated expertise in relationship building, leadership, reflective practice, designing and facilitating professional development, training, coaching, consultation, mentoring, evaluation, and system building. She specializes in family child care, self-efficacy, and transforming practice.
Jen has presented research findings and conducted workshops at national conferences. She also has a Brain-Based Coaching certificate from the NeuroLeadership Institute and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
