Cindy Mudroch, MEd, serves as a primary resource teacher in special education for Katy, Texas, ISD. She is also a professional learning presenter and educational consultant. She earned her elementary and special education bachelor of science from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She earned a master's in curriculum and instruction from the University of Northern Iowa.
