Instructions

1. Make a giant set of dominoes by copying a domino pattern onto oak tag
using a copy machine.
2. Using wrapping paper with several different kinds of objects on it, such as
birds or dinosaurs, cut out each picture and glue it onto a separate end of a
domino.
3. Laminate the dominoes for durability.
4. To play, mix up the dominoes and stack them face down in the center of the
playing area on the floor.
5. Give five dominoes to each player.
6. Begin by placing one domino face up.
7. Invite each player, in turn, to put the end of one of her dominoes next to the
matching end of a domino on the floor.
8. If the child does not have a matching domino, invite her to draw a domino
from the stack. Players may draw a maximum of three dominoes per turn.
9. The first player to get rid of all of her dominoes is the winner.
