4" x 6" index cards markers shoebox spray paint
Instructions
1. Away from the children, spray paint a shoebox in wild colors.
2. Make name cards for each child and place them in the shoebox.
3. When it is time to leave group time or line up to leave the classroom, reach into the Wild Cards box and choose one card at a time.
4. The child whose name appears on the card is dismissed from the group.
5. Another method is to use 4" x 6" construction paper rectangles. Hold up a color card and children wearing that particular color are dismissed.
