Whipped topping
Plastic knife
Strawberry slices
Blueberries
Instructions
1. Help the children wash their hands.
2. Give each child a slice of pound cake. Encourage the children to spread whipped topping on the cake.
3. Help the children add blueberries ("stars") and sliced strawberries ("stripes") to resemble the U.S. flag.
