Instructions
1. Take a lot of pictures of the children on field trips, in centers, group time, and
so on.
2. Get the photos developed as soon as you finish a roll of film.
3. Put the pictures into a photo album and keep it in the Library Area and
continue adding photos throughout the year. Children love to look at pictures
of themselves and remember things that they have done throughout the year.
4. At the end of the year, distribute the pictures to the parents in a journal or in
an end-of-the-year assessment or conference. Pictures tell a great story and
parents will love to have them as a keepsake. (Before giving them to parents,
go through them and keep a few for yourself as a reminder of the year!)
