Instructions

1. At group time, buddy up for this silly, fun experiment in body awareness.

2. Taking turns, have one child close her eyes and lay her arm on the second child's lap.

3. Encourage the second child gently and slowly to tickle the inside of the first child's arm.

4. The first child tries to guess when the tickle reaches the area of the arm inside the elbow and says "stop."5. The second child stays at the spot while the first child opens her eyes and sees how close her guess was.

6. Switch partners (no peeking!).
