Instructions
1. Ask the children to paint the paper towel rolls white and set aside to dry. 2. Glue fluffy pink pompoms into a big ball and allow to dry. 3. Let children glue the big ball of fluffy pink pompoms onto the painted paper towel roll. 4. When dry, it will look like freshly made cotton candy from the circus (minus the calories and sugar!).
