Materials

teddy bear counterspaper and markerlarge six-sided die, or a spinner with six spaces on it

Instructions

1. Prepare a board game by separating a sheet of paper into six equal squares and writing a numeral (1 to 6) in each square.

2. Choose four children to play the game, and give each of them six counters.

3. The first player rolls the die or spins the spinner and puts the same number of counters on the square of the board that matches the numeral on the die. For example, if she rolls a three, she puts three counters on the 3 square of the game board. That numeral (3 in this case) can no longer be used.

4. Each child takes a turn, and is only able to set her counters down on an open square. The first child to set down all her counters is the winner.
