Instructions

1. Provide children with various sheets of photocopied coins that they can cut
out.
2. Depending on the age of the children, decide upon the number of "coins" to
be glued onto each "bingo" board (9, 12, or 15). Mark the rows on oak tag or
cardboard (three, four, or five). Give one to each child.

3. Encourage the children to glue the pictures of coins on their board in rows
of three, four, or five. All of the boards must have the same number of coins
and rows.
4. Gather the bingo boards and distribute one to each child. Encourage the
children to take turns removing a real coin from a piggy bank or box and
calling out that coin to the children. When a child's row or column is filled,
the player can call out "BINGO!"
5. You may want to vary the game by having one child be the "banker" who
selects and calls out the coins until a winner takes the position next.
