Won't you please have a seat?3. Continue the chant as the children begin to seat themselves. Smile at each child as they sit down. When some of the children have sat down, change the chant to offer praise and encourage others to follow suit. You have a seat, dear Johnny, you have a seat. It's so nice you decided to have a seat.I'm glad you sat down instead of walking around. You have a seat, dear Johnny. I'm so glad you have a seat.4. When all the children are seated, insert "Dear Children" in place of a child's name in the chant above and chant one last time.
