Instructions

1. Label the boxes "small," "medium," and "large."2. Line up the boxes on the floor; scatter the animals around the boxes.3. Help the children learn to fit the animals into the boxes. Show themhow to match the different sizes, if necessary.4. Encourage the children with comments such as, "I see you are trying toput the large puppy into the large box and the small cat in the smallbox." Using the words large and small help toddlers learn the words andconcepts of size.More to do Art: Invite the children to decorate the boxes as houses for the differentstuffed animals.
