Instructions

1. This is a great activity to transition to group or circle time.
2. Before group or circle time, make a "Color Muncher" for each color week
(decorate a tissue box). Send home a note to the parents explaining the
"Color Muncher" and that it "eats" the color of the week. Ask the parent to
send items with their child that is the color of the week such as pieces of
fabric, ribbon, balloons, and other appropriately colored items.
3. Use the "Color Muncher" to collect items from each child at the beginning of
group or circle time
4. Keep it visible in the classroom throughout the day
