Instructions
1. Make a graph on a large piece of paper, listing each brand of peanut butter.
Hang it on the wall.
2. Encourage the children to look at all the brands of peanut butter and taste
each one using small wooden spoons.
3. Ask them to list descriptive words for the tastes of each type of peanut butter,
such as smooth, crunchy, sweet, salty, and so on. List these characteristics on
the chart.
4. Encourage the children to use colored markers to graph the differing tastes of
each brand of peanut butter.
Note: As with any food activity, be aware of all food allergies.
