shapes, about 2" x 2" (5 cm x 5 cm).
3. Give each child a small heart shape and markers.
4. Explain to them that the hearts will be a farewell gift for a child who is leaving
the class.

child who is leaving. Write his message on the heart with a pencil.
6. Glue all the small hearts onto the big heart.
7. Cut a small hole in the top of the heart and attach a string or pipe cleaner to
hang it.
8. Give the heart to the child who is leaving as a farewell gift from his classmates.
