Instructions
1. Discuss with the children the work of veterinarians. Explain that they take care
of animals in zoos, circuses, farms, water parks, and hospitals.
2. Show the children some of the tools that vets use, making sure to use the
correct names of the tools.
3. Play a take-away game. Show the children the veterinarian materials, cover
them, and take one away (without the children seeing). Uncover the remaining
materials and ask the children to guess which one is missing.
