Laminating machine or contact paper

Instructions

1. Laminate uncolored pictures of food.

2. Have available the plates of different colors. You can spray paint plates if you can't find particular colors you want.

3. Have the children choose a picture of a food. Talk about food and the different colors that food is.

4. Encourage the children to place the pictures on the plate that is the color that their food should be.
