Instructions

1. Encourage the children to wrap yarn around plastic bottles in various shapesand designs. Use a hot glue yarn to attach the yarn (adult only). Or, thechildren can use glue sticks to attach the yarn.2. Fill the bottles with water and glue on the top. The water will help the bottleroll.3. Pour paint onto Styrofoam plates.4. Give each child a piece of paper. Encourage the children to roll their bottle inthe paint to coat the yarn, and then roll the bottle on their paper to makeprints.More to doThe children can use the same bottle in the sand and water table (filled withsand) to make prints in the sand. Or they can make prints in the sandboxoutside.
