Instructions

following exercises: jumping jacks, windmills, walking
in place, jogging, stepping side to side, and crab
walking.
2. Demonstrate the activities for the children.
3. Present choices according to your objectives.
4. Make a check-off list of children's names. Ask
the children to check off their names
according to what activities they did.
Tip: To avoid overwhelming children with too many
activities, "close" some areas according to your plans.
