Materials

Paper plates 3 whole graham cracker rectangles for each child 1 medium banana for each child, 1 snack pudding for each child, any flavor plastic knives plastic wrap whipped topping or confectioner's sugar, optional

Instructions

1. Place one whole graham cracker on each plate. Give one to each child, along with a banana and snack pudding.

2. Ask the children to slice their bananas into at least 16 slices.

3. Tell them to place eight banana slices on the graham cracker.

4. Ask them to top the bananas with one-half of the pudding, and then place another whole graham cracker on top.

5. Repeat banana and pudding steps, ending with the third graham cracker on top.

6. Cover well with plastic wrap and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

7. Serve with whipped topping or confectioner's sugar sprinkled on top, if desired.
