Materials

Commercial egg dye kits, 1 kit for every 5 children

Containers for the egg dye

Plastic spoons

Hard boiled eggs, 3-4 per child

Crayons

Puffy paints

Instructions

What to do
1. Set up three stations: a drawing table, an egg-dyeing table, and a puffy-paint table
2. At the first station, have the children use crayons to color designs or write their names on their
eggs.
3. At the second station, set out the prepared egg dyes, and let the children take turns dyeing
their eggs.
4. After the eggs are dry, the children may decorate them with puffy paint at the third station.
