Instructions

2. Talk with the children about
the butterfly in the story.
Ask them to describe the
butterfly.
3. Sing the following song with
the children, asking them
to hold up the appropriate
number of fingers as the song
progresses:

(Tune: "Bumping Up and Down in My Little Red Wagon")
One little, two little, three little butterflies,
Four little, five little, six little butterflies,
Seven little, eight little, nine little butterflies,
